Please don't make an issue about two separate issues.

You should use the standard java way to internationalise the permission (properties files)

In other language application, usually role and perrmission should be with a name in native language for display in the view-tier. Althought the property can set myself in the Entity. But always the role and permssion are managed by the manager Seam provide. So the Role in security package and the Permission in security.permission package should be with an addtional property as fullname.
