Add id attribute to markup for JSF components in Seam examples

Adding the id attribute makes the application testable with JSFUnit and also aids debugging.

Eventually, we will need to add the id's to the markup for almost all the examples.  But the first ones will be those used in JBAS-5560.

So at a minimum, we need this task completed for these examples before the next release of Seam:
Booking
DVD Store
JPA example

That way, as soon as the examples are published to be Maven repo, we will be ready to run the tests in the AS testsuite.
