Excel example needs a description on the page for the inline and repeat links

The excel example contains a link for "Repeat and inline value" example spreadsheet.  However it is not described and the resulting spreadsheet appears broken unless you understand what the link is demonstrating.

A brief description of the link's purpose would help new users understand this better.
