We are extending EntityQuery and overriding

    public List getResultList() {
		edList = super.getResultList();
		return edList;
    }

Sun-appserver 9.1 
mysql version - 6.0 
Seam - 2.1.0.CR1

To Reproduce - Just do a seam-gen on a table try to pull up the "entitylist.xhtml" page with no data in the table.
