User/role manager in seamspace needs to be QA'ed for stability

The user/role manager in seamspace is way to easy to crash (by that, I mean cause the error screen to be displayed). There appears to be a problem with assigning a role to a role when creating a new role. Editing a role creates a new role. Deleting a role that is assigned to another role fails the batch. There are various other problems.
