Ok, this was only the beginning. The reason why I updated to 2.1.0 was a problem with async email.
The error message is this again:

Could not instantiate Seam component: org.jboss.seam.ui.facelet.facesContextFactory
 Caused by: java.lang.IllegalStateException: Application was not properly initialized at startup, could not find Factory: javax.faces.context.FacesContextFactory

AND I could reproduce it on this small environment I created in the issue.
It's almost the same as the main-example.

Add this to the components.xml and async-email doesn't work anymore

 <async:quartz-dispatcher/>  

Or do I miss something by not reading the latest documentation?
