1)what caused this?  ..was the session invalidated due to a timeout or some other mechanism?
2)any hidden dependency needs to be overtly expressed in the build environment
pom.xml which builds jboss-4.2.3.GA Distro requires ICEFACES version 1.7.2
then the ECO must be validated by build/release manager
