hibernate-validator not copied to lib folder on Vista

If I do a clean checkout from the trunk (2.1.1-snapshot) and run 'ant dist', hibernate-validator.jar won't be copied to the lib folder. Consequently, quite a few of the examples fail to build. On my ubuntu linux (8.04) the jar is copied.

This is present in tagged 2.1.0.GA version as well.
