Francisco Jose Peredo Noguez updated JBSEAM-3605:
-------------------------------------------------

    Description:
Seam docs say :

The p:header and p:footer components provide the ability to place header and footer text on each page of a generated document, with the exception of the first page.

I find it hard to see a point for this limitation (for me it is almost like a bug): why should we be unable to place header and footer text on the first page?

I guess someone might find it useful, for that someone, and to keep backwards compatibility, it would be nice to have an option to turn this on/off, but i really think this is an unnecessary limitation.
