poms for ICEfaces jars.  Note that icefaces-ahs no longer exists with this release (I will change the build scripts).  Instead the push-server.war is deployed to the application server.  Let me know if you think this is necessary to include on the repository (but it doesn't affect either of the applications that are included with the seam distribution bundle as it's just an optional  war to deploy for asynchronous applications).
