Following the README instructions for PostgeSQL (dev profile) wiki.war isn't deployable cause of this exception:

org.hibernate.MappingException: Dialect does not support pooled sequences
	at org.hibernate.dialect.Dialect.getCreateSequenceString(Dialect.java:677)
