Added validate-model to the <page> element which established the default setting for parameters (i.e., whether the model validator is added to the param). This setting can then be overridden using the validateModel attribute on <param>.

Yes, there is an inconsistency in naming, but all other attributes on <param> use camel-case, so this at least keeps that consistent.
