This would be a nice feature as sometimes you want the bookmark, but you don't want the title to display on the page. 

I have worked around this by 

<p:chapter numberDepth="0"> 
  	<p:title><p:font size="8" color="white"><p:paragraph>Report Cover Page</p:paragraph></p:font></p:title> 

But seems hacky...
