The final seam-remoting.jar artifact in the seam3 CR1 distribution has now 

http://www.seamframework.org/Seam3/RemotingModule/seam-remoting

as the Implementation-URL. The impl/pom.xml inherits the URL from the parent, but it appends the artifactId by default, so it has to be set explicitly for the impl/pom.xml also, you can use <url>${project.parent.url}</url> for that.
