Update Hibernate Search examples to use new features

Blog Example and DVDStore example should use at least the new QueryDSL, maybe IndexerAction could also use the MassIndexer.
If applicable, show injection of FullTextEntityManager and FullTextSession.

New features require Hibernate Search 3.4, Hibernate Core 3.6 (JBoss6)
