Link in chapter 2.9.1 of Refguide pointing to a JEMS installer leads to http://www.jboss.org/jbossas/downloads, where is no JEMS mentioned. 

Maybe http://sourceforge.net/projects/jboss/files/JEMS-Installer/ might be better.
