Bug still occurs on Seam Config 3.1.0.Beta2 on JBoss AS 7.0.1 "Zap".

Please support WEB-INF/(seam-)beans.xml, or at least GIVE A BIG RED WARNING on the docs that only 'src/main/resources/META-INF/beans.xml' (aka /WEB-INF/classes/META-INF/beans.xml) is supported, and WEB-INF/*beans.xml is not supported.
