[searchisko-dev] Providers, rivers, POST /content/{type}/{contentId}

I have a plan to describe these concepts from a different point of view as a part of "high-level tutorial", see https://github.com/searchisko/searchisko/issues/16
I remember it took me some time to get familiar with all the terminology as well. I think some kind of quick-start tutorial (as a companion to more detailed documentation) would be helpful.
