[security-dev] Merged in Social code into PL workspace

I have merged the oauth code into PL in my fork.  It is not yet merged 
into the main PL master.

Currently there is a lot of coupling into LDAP IDM implementation. That 
needs to be fixed in the oauth stuff to be generic.
