[security-dev] PicketLink HEAD currently being refactored

Hi guys,

The PicketLink 3.0 repo head is currently undergoing a huge refactoring, 
so please be patient with us while we complete the changes and update 
the unit tests.  If you wish to access the PicketLink source in the 
meantime, I recommend using the 3.0.0.Alpha1 tag:
