[security-dev] Snapshot PL 2.8.0 on Maven

Hi!

Someone could generate a PL build for Maven? the last snapshot of the
framework is the version 2.7 and 2.8 still there is no ...

Currently I need it because there is a correction in AuthorizationUtils I
need to use and do not want to keep the project on my inner nexus.
