[security-dev] Snapshot PL 2.8.0 on Maven

Uhmm

My dependency was wrong, i was using this:

        <dependency>
            <groupId>org.picketlink</groupId>
            <artifactId>picketlink</artifactId>
            <version>2.7.1.Final</version>
        </dependency>

And it seems that it is not more in the build.

I will use the other artifacts.
