We used to have one, but you deleted it in this commit: http://fisheye.jboss.org/changelog/JBossCommon/?cs=3826

It was pretty much identical to BasicPathTestCase, but used Paths factory instead of new BasicPath(). Maybe the easiest would be just to change the BasicPathTestCase to use Paths. that would test new BasicPath and Paths in the same test  (since Paths call new BasicPath)?
