Will this issue preserve the current Formatters.VERBOSE behaviour? I think the current verbose format is useful, but it would be very useful to be able to list all contents recursively as well, as described in the issue description. Maybe we could add a Formatters.VERBOSE_RECURSIVE to the already existing SIMPLE and VERBOSE?
