This issue is a blocker for Fedora 20. If it cannot be fixed in timely manner - shrinkwrap-resolver package will be removed from Fedora, because currently it does not build since we do have Maven 3.1 and thus people have issues when upgrading to the (upcoming) Fedora 20 release:
