[teiid-announce] Teiid 8.13 Released

Teiid 8.13.0.Final is now available for WildFly 9.0.2.  While WildFly support was the primary driver for the release, we ended up addressing over 100 issues which incorporated all applicable issues from 8.12.x and introduced several minor  language constructs.
