[teiid-designer-dev] Importers and Connection Profiles

All, 

I just checked in changes that add "New..." and "Edit..." Connection Profile buttons on our relevant importers, as well as in the "Create Data Source" wizard. Part of these changes was to create consistency of LAF/UI across importers. 

Note, the "Edit..." CP utilizes DTP's "Properties..." dialog since there was no specific DTP "Edit Connection Profile" action/framework.
