[teiid-dev] 6.1 update

We will be performing additional testing on the 6.1 release today and if everything goes well the release will happen tomorrow.  

As for the next releases, the 6.1.1 release will be incorporated with the 6.2 release.  The 6.x bucket will also become the 6.3 release and will absorb anything that needs pushed from 6.2.  Be sure to vote for any issues that need more immediate attention.
