[teiid-dev] Teiid Designer 6.2 RC1 available

Note that 6.2 Teiid Designer is being released in parallel with Teiid to provide a compatible tool for creating/editing models and VDB's for Teiid. There shouldn't be any visible or behavioral changes in Designer from the 6.1 release.
