[teiid-dev] New changes for the eclipse cdk plugin

Hi Ramesh,
Had been following those; however am not on top of it. Would appreciate if
you let me know once you update the templates for me to look at the changes.
I am assuming the ManagedConnectionFactory classes would still get
synchronized as discussed previously. Let me know the usecases you are
envisioning to get done as part of the effort from editor plugin
perspective. Integrating with Eclipse WST and working with the AST were
pretty complex changes, so want to make best use of my time with features
that males it to production.
