[teiid-dev] Preview VDBs and JOPR Tool

Jopr could do that assuming preview vdbs could be differentiated during discovery, but if we want to persist that flag we would need to add something to the RuntimeEngine managed object. Alternatively, we could add a system property.

I meant to filter them out completely. I am not sure if JOPR can provide
a On/OFF toggle.
