[teiid-dev] Teiid moving to GitHub

Hi,

I started the migration process to move Teiid from Subversion (SVN) to
GitHub. I do not know how long the process will take, but in next couple
days we will migrate fully to GitHub and pick up the 8.2 development
where we left off on the SVN.

Hopefully, this will make it easy for community to send us patches/pulls
with whatever they find interesting!

Once the migration is complete, I will send out another note. If you
have any concerns or suggestions please let us know.
