[teiid-dev] 8.5 release and more

If there are no objections we'll shoot for a CR2 Monday rather than a final release given that quite a few changes have been made.  We'll convert master over to 8.6 at that time as well.  This will push the release date back to 9/16.

I'll also update the downloads page with a note that the 8.4 Embedded Kit is missing the staxwrapper jar from https://issues.jboss.org/browse/TEIID-2651 

But otherwise we are looking pretty good - it's been especially helpful to have new community people go through the initial learning phase and pick up on things that have not evolved properly across releases.
