[teiid-dev] Branching after CR1

Hello all,

With CR1 being released, I'll create a 8.11.x branch for continued 8.11 development tomorrow.  We'll also create a 9.0.x branch while master becomes 8.12.  As always I'll forward merge any needed commits, or you can just commit to multiple branches.

The initial 9.0 release will focus on incorporating as many breaking changes as needed and building on the 8.12 work - as we need to keep the release from being too open ended with respect to features.
