[teiid-dev] Teiid 9.0 close out

Hello all,

After an initial reassignment of issues there are only 16 left as unresolved in the 9.0 bucket.  It looks like several of these already have been worked in the code, but may still need documentation changes - such as the JDG issues  https://issues.jboss.org/browse/TEIID-3725 and https://issues.jboss.org/browse/TEIID-4106 

Let's assume that a CR2 will be needed in about a week in half and try to have the issues/docs pretty well wrapped up by then.  After that only a handful of critical issues should need addressed before the final release.  We'll also start the 9.1 branch with CR2 - which could get promoted to Teiid 10 depending upon the Wildfly 10 or other potential breaking changes.
