[teiid-dev] 9.2 and other releases

Everyone,

With 9.2 CR2 built, master will be converted to 9.3.  9.3 will remain a focused release - there are currently only 35 issues assigned so that we can get it out early if need be.  Ideally we'll have the first Alpha of 9.3 out about 2 weeks after the 9.2 final.  The documentation will be branched later as there as still several issues to be resolved.

A 9.2.x has been created off of master.  We'll likely have the first 9.2.x release about 2-3 weeks after the Final release.

The final 9.0.x release will at around the same time as 9.2.1.
