regarding ServerConfigAdmin:

-  is the disableProcess(String) and deleteProcess(String) needed, since that control is now on the user to start the process they want


Also, I would like to vote on removing the materialization related methods (from the interfaces) until we're ready to do a better job


regarding ServerRuntimeStateAdmin:

-  removing the startProcess(String, boolean), because of not having a hostcontroller anymore, can't start a process that wasn't started
