1.) Changed logging to log4j and updated logfile location for JBossAS.
2.) Updated HttpServletRequest method signatures to reflect JDK 1.6 changes.
3.) Updated wsdl username and changed multiple references to one shared static constant.
4.) Added the teiid-common-internal jar as a dependency to the teiid-soap pom.
5.) Updated the corrupted MAR files in the teiid-soap project.
