The work for internal materialized view see TEIID-168 and TEIID-1028 focused on getting the appropriate hooks at a system level, not at an adminapi or managed object level.  Much of this work only affects internal materialized views, not external.

As a result this issue is being pushed to 7.1.1 and should be reassessed.
