Ramesh Reddy resolved TEIID-1208.
---------------------------------

    Resolution: Done

The AdminObjectBuilder that used by the Admin API t convert the Managed Objects into concrete metadata objects was not handling the Enum based properties. That is now fixed.

As part of this defect couple others are also fixed

1) Case in-sensitive retrieval of VDB using "getVDB" call. If VDB is called "Test", we should be able to get it "test" or "Test" now.
2) Data Permissions object was not correctly being converted either. However, this time the issue was in the definition of the metadata properties. Looks like ManagedObject framework only handles primitives with "isXXX" type of ManagedProperty. If this method returns an object, then it does not consider it as Managed Property. Moved all the "is" based properties on data permissions to "get", now they correctly being built.

Added tests for above.
