Updated the ws connector logic to use cxf.  Updated the docs to explain the usage of ws security, how to install cxf, etc.  Tested with salesforce - there's no need to copy libraries to the endorsed folder now.  Still need ted to confirm that soap wars will work with 3.1.2/2.2.2
