Steven Hawkins resolved TEIID-1008.
-----------------------------------

    Resolution: Deferred

Marking as deferred until it a fix is required. With subquery optimization this should be an even rarer issue.

> Most version of Oracle and MySQL only support one level of nesting for correlated reference appearing in non-inlineview subqueries. These queries are perfectly legal in Teiid and sources such as PostgreSQL. To work around we'll need to add a new capability and planner logic to prevent pushdown.
