ModeShape translator needs to be changed to move the supported functions to the pushdown functions so that the function def. file isn't needed to be updated

Found the problem that the supported functions are not being pushed down.   Now in 7.4, data source specific functions that are supported for push down can now be specified in the "pushdownfunctions" so that the UDF doesn't need to be defined.
