added back max in criteria size for all translators and updated the docs.  

added parallelization of dependent join queries based upon the user request source concurrency, but with a hard limit of 10 as a preventative messure.  This could be a tunable parameter if needed.  With further work though, it should be rare as there should be other options for performing large dependent joins.
