Steven Hawkins commented on TEIID-1605:
---------------------------------------
Translators currently make the assumption that pushdown function names do not contain a separator character. We would have to relax that assumption to make this use case work automatically.
If you use Teiid Designer 7.4 you should be able to use a function name that is "package.function" in Teiid. Note that prior to Teiid 7.1/Teiid Designer 7.4 it was never allowed to have a multi-part function name. The translator can then be updated to modify all or just select functions by using their full metadata name - or you can just as easily hard code the proper name.
