Updated the current example to work with the new weather urls.  Also changed the service mode to MESSAGE to avoid the xsi type parsing issue on the response.  Their response doc looks odd though as it has an embedded document.  Also the soap envelope does contain a declaration for xsi:type, but the message fails to parse in PAYLOAD mode.  This may be an indicative of a cxf bug when using a streamsource response as I would have expected the namespaces to carry into the body. 

Punting the full redo until 8.
