Ramesh Reddy resolved TEIID-1998.
---------------------------------

    Resolution: Done

When the translator is deployed as JAR (instead of JAR), there is implicit module, however it can not be accessed by the named module, thus it was an issue. Captured the class loader at the time of deployment, used that instead of looking for the classloader from the module name.
