I am hesitant to propose this, but I could also just modify the generator to spit out html with this js library included:  http://code.google.com/p/html-railroad-diagram/

However we'd have to add that grammar page on the doc download site or we'd have to jump through a lot of confluence hoops.  On the plus side the names would be linked and docs/examples can be integrated.
