    Resolution: Done


Updated the SSLConfiguration to recognize login regardless of case.  For backporting on that change and the associated test are needed.

Removed the enabled config attribute so that the default standalone and cli configs are now correct as is.  Also removed the setting of the default ssl authentication mode to anonymous.
