I'm not sure what that evens means to be a blocker against a released version from a community perspective or what further we would do from the community/mainline.  The severity is accurate for the targeted version of 8.1.  The affected version 7.1.1 just reflects when the issue starts.  It seems like this should be resolved and anything further worked out on the BZ side.
